The standard placement kit contains everything you need to start placing and restoring implants. Multifunctional instrumentation means that with Combi it is possible to treat the majority of cases even complex ones with a surgical kit comprising of minimal instrumentation.
Combi is a tapered self drilling implant, easy to use in general practice, requiring minimal burs and surgical instruments. Two distinctly different surgical methods of osteotomy site preparation are used:
- Cutting – using Osteotomy burs
- Forming – using Site formers
Both these surgical approaches can be combined, drilling being followed by site forming and may be indicated during immediate placement or where dense D1 type bone is encountered.
