Osteo Ti London Update
This two day foundation course is designed specifically for general dentists and has been developed to teach a simple, safe and predictable method for implant placement. Obviously it is not intended to cover the whole field of implant dentistry in such a short period, rather the course focuses on one very specific area, that of single tooth replacement.
The objective of the course is to take participants step by step though the stages involved in the provision of an implant, from marketing and case selection through to final restoration. It will provide straight forward guidance as to which patients are suitable for treatment and more importantly which ones should be avoided.
An important feature of the training will be hands on practical affording an opportunity to explore the various components and system specific instrumentation in detail. After familiarisation of the system the surgical phase of implant insertion will be explained. This new knowledge being consolidated when the placement procedure is demonstrated on an actual patient.
